- Let Only / Tenant Find
We can find a tenant for you but you would continue with the management.

- regular advertising in local media
- regular mailings to prospective tenants
Initial screening of all enquirers to establish suitability. Accompanied viewing. Interested parties invited to complete an application / status enquiry form. Obtain satisfactory references. Secure agreement date of occupancy. Production of tenancy agreement with associated documentation. Receipt, on behalf of the landlord, first month’s rent, payable in advance plus dilapidations deposit, prior to possession. Bankers order to effect all future rental payments. Written Schedule of Condition/Inventory prepared at commencement of tenancy. Regular Quarterly Inspections and Reports.
